All bids are to be submitted on-line on e-Procurement portal of Coal India Limited, No offline-bids will be accepted. ‘Earnest Money Deposit’ is to be submitted online only through payment gateway provided at above mentioned portal during online submission of bid. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: The requirements for submission of the Bids On-line are indicated in the Annexure-B for the information and compliance by the bidders- 1. All entries in the quotation should be entered at on-line submission form without any ambiguity. 2. Tender cannot be accessed on-line after the DUE DATE and TIME of submission stipulated above. 3. Any order resulting from this enquiry shall be governed by the terms and conditions in order & enquiry. 4. Where counter terms and conditions have been offered by the supplier, the purchase shall not be governed by them unless specific acceptance has been given in writing in the order by the purchaser. No deviations to the terms & conditions are allowed. 5. BCCL reserves the right to cancel the enquiry or extend the due date of receipt of offer and/or opening of tender without assigning any reason thereof. 6. BCCL reserves the right to vary the quantity of the above items. However, increase in quantity will be restricted to a maximum of 20%. Note: • In case the number of bids received within the stipulated date of tender submission is less than 3 (Three), the due date of tender submission shall be extended by 02 days initially and thereafter by 05 days automatically by the system. • Even after granting two extensions, less than 3 Bids are received, tender shall be considered for opening. • If due to unavoidable / unforeseen circumstances and also if bid opening date falls on a holiday, the online bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time. • Reverse Auction, wherever applicable, shall start within two
