The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs.2,18,74,880.00 (excluding GST) or two works, each of Rs.2,73,43,600.00 (excluding GST) or one work of Rs.4,37,49,760.00 (excluding GST) in single contract of similar nature of work i.e. Pavement work during last 07 (seven) years. Substantial completion shall be based on 80 (eighty) percent of awarded cost or more value wise works completed under the contract. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of Rs.14,58,32,533.33 on general construction work carried out in any of the year during last five (05) years, with at least Rs.7,29,16,266.67 from Engineering construction works (Civil as relevant to the work being procured). The experience certificates should show the nature of work done, the value of work, date of start, date of completion as per agreement, actual date of completion and satisfactory completion of work. The bidder is required to submit details of similar works completed during the last seven years, supported with a completion certificate issued by the client.
