GYPSUM FALSE CEILING Providing & fixing suspended false ceiling using 12.5mm thick Indian gypsum boards confirming to IS 2095-1982 and GI framework of Gyp steel or approved equivalent comprising of following. 1. GI perimeter channel of 0.55mm thick having one flange of 20mm, another of 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to brick wall partition along periphery of ceiling with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm c/c 2. GI intermediate channel ( size, 45mm web, two flanges each of 15mm & thickness 0.9mm ) suspended from the soffit / ceiling at 1200mm c/ c spacing. 3. GI ceiling sections of 0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges each of 26mm with leaves of 10.5mm fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip at direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at spacing of 600 mm c/c, . to Be finished with Jointing tape and Jointing compound. The rate quoted shall include making cut outs for fixing light fittings, grills, diffusers, speakers, smoke detectors, sprinklers etc.Cut outs have to be made with provision of the frame along perimeter of the cut outs/ opening with channels/ ply to support the ceiling adequately. No extra payment shall be made for making cut outs. Design and drawings as approved by EIC

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Khatamband Ceiling Providing and fixing of Khatamband wooden ceiling (Paanch Murabah or as approved by EIC) of 1st class Budloo wood of required thickness cladded to 10-12mm thick commercial ply wood. The second class wooden frame work of budloo wood of required section shall be made in a grid of 600mm x 600mm c/c fashion, which is to be hanged from true ceiling with wooden battens at 1200mm c/c. Rate include touch wood polishing over the Khatamband ceiling surface along with all accessories like 75-100mm cornice etc as per designs and directions of Engineer in charge. No extra payment shall bemade for making cut outs including cost of scaffolding

Providing and fixing granite machine cut for kitchen patform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of Black Color or color as approved by EIC 18mm thick

Note. The quoted percentage (%age) should preferably be in fractional form in order to minimize concurrence of similar quoted rates
