Dismantling of windows, doors, façade involving all materials such as steel in built-up sections, glass pans, wire mesh, beading, gaskets and other accessories actual at site including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead as directed by EIC, the rates shall include repairing of damages caused during dismantling process.

Providing and Fixing factory made standard quality glazed uPVC casement/sliding window , made of extruded profiles. frame shall be of size 50 X 50 mm (extruded profile duly reinforced with 1.60±0.2mm thick Galvanised mild steel sections) with glazing bead 12 x 18 mm Casement Frame (67 mm x 62 mm) Casement Window Sash / Mullion (67 mm x 75 mm ) (style, rail and intermediate section) Casement Glazing bead (35 mm x 18 mm). Profiles of frames and sash will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanised steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasteners, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Including fixing of M.S Tubular Supports Providing & fixing factory cut/processed mechanically sealed composite glass (configuration 6 mm thick toughened outer glass + 12 mm thick air gap + 6 mm thick toughened inner glass) with performance parameters of the composite that meet the given acceptable value ranges as follows: Visual Light transmission % (VLT) 15 - 50; External reflectance 5 - 25; Solar factor (SF) or Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) 0.2 - 0.38; U value .5 - 1.5 W/sqm.K. R Value 2.86, Colour of glass to be clear/neutral/grey/blue as approved. Make Asahi/Saint Gobain or equivalent up to all floor levels (Vendor to specify the make and name of products considered for quotation. The price should include the cost of wastage, obtaining correct measurement, preparing the glass assembly including cutting, toughening, sealing, mastic, dessicant treatment, etc. complete).Including all hardware fittings using high quality locking mechanism as per architectural drawings and approved by Engineer in-charge. (For glazing only toughened glass be used). (Sample to be approved by EIC)

Note. The quoted percentage (%age) should preferably be in fractional form in order to minimize concurrence of similar quoted rates
