Design, Supply and Erection of Cricket Stadium High Mast pole as per the Avg. Lux Level 1400 at pitch and for infield as well as outfield as per the design suitable for HD videographer as per the lighting code of India including comprehensive AMC for 4 years after completion of defect liability period of one year. The height of the stadium mast should be 35 mtr or above. The design should clearly define the dia of the top and bottom of the mast, dia, length and grade of nuts bolts, anchor plate and P.C.D as well as the base plate in accordance with the IS 875 part III latest edition. The mast should be capable of withstanding the strong wind prevailing at site with mean probable designed life of more than 25 years with suitable head frame/chamber with complete arrangement of mounting the LED lights as per the desired lux level. The material of the mast should be of best quality and be easily assembled/fitted at site. The mast should be pleasant in appearance designed for suitable wind load and no shadow or direct glare in stadium is permitted and arrangement of mounting system i.e. main rider for operation and maintenance of the lighting system is also required. The job also includes the design and construction of RCC foundation duly checked by structural engineer as per CPWD/PWD specifications, design supply laying, connection, testing and commissioning of the cable from distribution transformer to the main panel and Sub-Panel Including required body and Lightning Arrester System Earthing for Each High mast including digging of trench laying of PVC pipe of not less than 4” dia for cables from Distribution transformer to main panels/sub panels and refilling the trench. The designed should be approved by the Sports Authority of India. (Make:- Transrail/Bajaj/Valmount).

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of required numbers of LED stadium lights fixture as per the lux level of 1400 at pitch and for infield as well as outfield as per the design and as per the lighting code of India suitable for HD videography including comprehensive AMC for 4 years after the completion of the defect liability period. The Design of the lighting system should be in accordance with the national lighting code for sports lighting for mid level competitions lighting class II with the horizontal luminance, vertical illumines, illumines uniformity, low glare rating, color rendering factor in conformity with national lighting code for sport lighting system. The High Power LED flood light should be 100% recyclable single module piece high pressure die cast non corrosive Aluminum housing should be IP66 and 1K08 suitable for driver unit having lifetime of 50000hrs, , The overvoltage protection 440V P-P up to 6hr. The efficiency should not be less than 125 lumen/Watt with CRI80.The light source shall be high power LED chips of 1 watt to 5 watt of repute make like lumileds/cree/osram/nichia and Mac Adm. Ellipse5.The driver unit should be suitable for 230volts, 50Hz .With P.F 0.95 and surge protection not less 10kV complete job. With BIS approved. The LED lights and Drivers should be of same make. The job also include design supply installation testing and commissioning of CPRI approved main and Sub-main Panel Complete job. The designed should be approved by the Sports Authority of India. Make:- Philips/ Bajaj/ Wipro/ Surya/ HPL/ Crompton/Havells/Transrail/Jaguar).

Providing, Installing, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel generating set along with having prime power rating of 125 KVA 167 BHP, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 Phase system and for 0.85 load factor including comprehensive AMC for 3 years and consisting of the followings:- a) Diesel Engine:- Diesel Engine 4 stroke water cooled electric start with suitable BHP rating at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 degree C, 50% RH at at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000 capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. b) Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for Start-Stop Switch with key, Water temperature indication, Lubrication oil pressure indication, Lubrication oil temperature indication, Battery charging indication, RPM Indication,Over Speed indication, Low lub oil trip indication & Engine hours indication c) Alternator:-Synchronous alternator rated at 125 KVA 167 BHP 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 Phase 50 Hz. AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factors at 40 degree C, 50% RH and at 1000 meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPSD enclosure, brushless continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS:4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation. d) Base Frame and Foundation:-Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS Channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable existing cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. e) Fuel Tank:-Minimum Daily Service fuel tank of 225 litres capacity fabricated out of 3mm thick M.S Sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS Class ‘C’ pipes of suitable dia complete with valves, level indications and accessories as required as per specifications. f) Exhaust System:-Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor. g) Starting System:-12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos. of batteries 18 plates, 180 AH capacity lead acid type as required as per specifications. h) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. I) Construction of base platform of (15’X9’X 1’-6”) dimensions with M-10 Grade (1:3:6) 1Cement, 3Sand, 6(20mm) crushed course agg. Including plastering the exposed surface in C:M 1:4 for placing the DG Set on it. Including supply and installation of separate AMF Panel of required suitable rating, Copper Earthing with 600×600×3mm with required 25mmx5mm copper strip, supply and installation of suitable rating 4 pole changeover switch of repute Make viz Legrand/ I.A/Havells /Siemen/HPL and supply and laying of required cable of suitable size from generator to AMF and Main panel for emergency Purpose.(Make Engines:- Cummins, Catterpiller, Escort, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland)Make Alternators: - Stamford, Leyroy sommers, CG, Mahindra).
