The estimated cost for the specific work is 361.20 lacs. Substantial completion is defined as 80% (value-wise) or more of the works completed under the contract. The value of work executed should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per financial year. Additionally, the bidder should have experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the same name and style, with a certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The bidder should also have a certificate of performance evaluation from the concerned Chief Engineer/Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer. The bidder's average annual financial turnover should be at least 50% of the Advertised Cost during the last 5 years. The bidder is required to have prior work experience of executing and completing or substantially completing successfully a single work of similar nature in any Government or Semi-Government Department during the last 7 financial years. The specific values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work - 80% (value-wise) for substantial completion - 7% per financial year for enhancing the actual value of work - 50% of the Advertised Cost for the bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 5 years - 25% of the contract value of work for the minimum cash investment during implementation - 10% of the contract value for the line of credit facility.
