Terms & Conditions. 1. Rates for Event: Rates for these items would be paid as a lumpsum amount for full time period of event irrespective of number of days involved.
2. Rates per day basis: For Tentage, Stage Set Up, Truss Fabrication, Stalls, Lazer Show, Catering Items full rate shall be paid for 1st Day, 60% of initial rate for 2nd Day, 30% of initial rate for 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th Day and 20% of initial rate for 7th day and onwards upto maximum of 30 days. 3. Event Specific fabrication, branding & decoration of any kind shall be paid only once irrespective of number of days involved.
4. Cultural programmes by renowned National artists shall be paid as per actual plus applicable taxes within the prescribed ceiling rate of the Department for each day of performance.
5. Rates for other Sound System, LED Walls, LED TVs, Artists, Anchors, event videographer & Photographer, Genset shall be paid in full for each day of engagement/performance without any reduction on subsequent days. 6. Rates for items not mentioned in this rate card would be determined from the limited tenders invited from time to time from empanelled Event Management agencies for each event.
7. Rates for Strip Lighting would be paid as lumpsum amount for permanent fixing, irrespective of number of days of the event.8. The rate card shall be governed by all the provisions/terms & conditions of the RFP document, GFR 2017 and Financial Codes.
