Note :- • Directorate of Tourism, Jammu may drop any of these items which may not be required at the venue. The decision of Director Tourism, Jammu with regard to requirement of items shall be final and binding upon the agency. Further, if quantity of any of the items in BOQ is to be increased or decreased the same shall be done as per actual requirement, the rate in that scenario shall be calculated on pro-rata basis i.e. Rate quoted/Quantity. The rate per unit so calculated shall be used for increasing/decreasing the quantity, if required. • The food items (Veg/Non-veg) will be required to be served on both days. The quantity to be served on each day will be intimated well in advance to the successful agency.
