Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriage upto site of work complete.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(Welded) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :(4.0mm thick glass panes)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-all work upto foundation / plinth and floor V- level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:- (12mm thick water proof ply board) Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular ) bricks class designation 75 in foundation & plinth including superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 course sand) including cost of scaffolding charges and all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

P/F of 12 mm thick Nordic Pine wall paneling (T&G) fully finished & four sides planned, fungus and termite proof (seasoned moisture content 8% to 15% imported type ISO :14001 approved including fixing with head less nails and inclusive all carriages, all taxes of allied material involved complete. (Including buloo wood frame work by 50x62mm battens not more than 600x600mm C/C both way,12mm thick ply wood and two or more coats of touch wood polishing)

P/F track deck crill make or equivalent H.I rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28-35mm high crests at 250 to 255mm TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile SMP Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 No. stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with fuil return legs on side lapps for purlins support and anti capillary flute inside lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms/sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both side AZ-150 as IS-1397,550 PMA, yeild stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of SMP over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces incld. side and end lap and using 8mm galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all side and end lapps etc. (measured for unit of laid area).50mm (Including cost of ridges / valleys of plain colour coated sheets complete)

P/F of ornamental eaves boarding (300x40mm) of first class budloo wood as per the approved pattern and design including cost of nails / screws and scaffolding charges and priming / painting (two or more coats) complete in all respects.

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses / purlins raftrs / posts / post plates or like components including cost of screws etc. complete of First class Budloo wood.

Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position (Budloo / Fir wood)

P/F 12mm thick ply wood of approved brand and manufacture (ISI mark) in walls, ceiling & partitions etc. including cost of nails, scaffolding charges with all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.(Size of tile 600x600 mm)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

P/F ornamental wooden cornice (50x50mm) of Ist class budloo wood, approved design / pattern, including cost of nails/ screws etc. complete.
