Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.(Size of tile 600x600 mm)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.(Two or more coats on new work)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) including of all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.(Two coats)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed.(All kinds of soil) 1 meter from cutting edge

Supplying/filling dry stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation & under floors including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

P/F of water Heater Gyser 50 litres capacity (Venus / Recold make) inclulding cost of all necessary fittings etc. complete.

Providing and fixing un plasticized P.V.C. connection pipe with PTMT nuts, collars and bush of approved quality and colour 15 mm nominal bore with 45 cm length.

P/F of 19mm thick ply board kitchen cabinet / Almirah / wardrobe (2’.0” deep) including cost of partition walls, shelves, shutters and dunmica lamination with fixing adhesive, 6mm thick ply wood for backing / cost of nails, screws and hardware fittings as per approved pattern and design as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete in all respects.(Fully limanated)
