1. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inverter type , 4 to 5 star or better rating air conditioner of capacity = 1.5 TON or better HOT and COLD Split Air conditioners with cordless remote control unit, R32 refrigerant suitable for 230V/ 1Phase / 50Hz (Capable of functioning plausibly in outdoor ambient temperature of -10 to 46 degree in cooling & -15 to 24 degree in heating with all features like cooling & heating mode, On-Off Timer, ECO Hi -Power, Swing & fix Louver, Noiseless below 54 db (Outdoor)) The scope includes suction line ,liquid line of copper tubing with requisite insulation and allied fittings for connecting outdoor unit with indoor one complete plus pre-fabricated mild steel stands duly both primer and metal paint coated. The scope also includes grouting in the slab etc so as to secure the unit firmly with MS clamps complete with nuts ,bolts ,washers etc galvanised /painted for hanging of outdoor units from slopping roof beams etc as per site requirement with proper dressing of drilled /grouted works etc and all other allied accessories, compete job

Supply installation testing and commissioning of micro controller based copper wound digital 5 KVA voltage stabilizer for automatic operation ,single phase naturally air cooled indoor type wall mounted with input range 150-250 V and output voltage 230 V +/- 5% With surge protection, under/overvoltage protection, smart time delay and digital display of a reputed make such as V-Guard.. Stabilizers should have a three year replacement warranty.

Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 32A, 240V SPN industrial type socket outlet with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20A. “C” curve SP MCB in sheet steel enclosure on surface or in recess with chained metal cover for the socket out let Make Legrand, Havells or equivalent.

Supply LED Post Top Luminaire 27 Watt, 220-240 Volt, IP 65, Neutral White, matching the exiting luminaires installed in the Golf Course. Philips/Havells or equivalent.

Supply Installation testing comissioning of Integral LED floodlight having system wattage of 195W to 200W. The luminaire shall be made of pressure die-cast aluminum alloy (ADC12) with separate control gear compartment. The luminaire shall be able to deliver minimum 24100 Lumens with system efficacy of ≥ 123lm/w. The brand name shall be embossed on the luminaire & shall not be screen printed or put using stickers. The LEDs used shall have CCT 5700°K, CR≥70, SDCM≤5 & life of 50000Hrs @ L70B50. The luminaire shall be IP66 & IK08 compliant. The control gear compartment shall be accessible from the back of the luminaire. The luminaire shall have Class B serviceability. The luminaire shall have Anti Dust Exposed Lenses as front cover which shall ensure IP rating for the serviceable life. The luminaire shall be available with following beam angle Asymmetric Wide Beam angle (Horizontal Beam-54.5°, Vertical Beam-15°), Asymmetrical Medium Beam (Horizontal Beam-69.8°, Vertical Beam-34.8°), Narrow Beam (Horizontal Beam-12°, Vertical Beam-11.3°) & Symmetric Wide Beam (Horizontal Beam-77.3°, Vertical Beam-22.1°) The luminaire shall use 0-10V Dimmable Potted driver (Ashphalt Potting/Mixture of Ashphalt & Silicon Potting) having THD≤ 10% (@ full load), PF≥ 0.95 (@full load), Phase-to-Phase 440V protection for 8 Hrs, High Voltage cut-off @ 325V (±15V), Low voltage cut-off ≤ 90V, Auto-Restart, Operating voltage of 12l40V to 270V, In-built Surge Protection of 4KV (CM & DM), Should be able to sustain 320V for 48 Hrs. The driver shall be tested as per IEC61347-2-13 & IEC 62384. The LED driver shall be BIS registered. The luminaire shall have 10KV/5KA SPD placed in-side the control gear box of the luminaire. The luminaire shall be fitted with U -Bracket with Aiming scale. The minimum luminaire dimensions shall be W: 536mm (Housing only), H: 243MM (housing only) & Depth: 62MM (with Fins). The nominal weight of the luminaire shall be 7Kgs with Max. projected area as 0.14Sq.m. The luminaire driver & it’s SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer/Lighting company as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322, "FAT"
