Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls, partitions, flooring including supporting members and including stacking within 50 meters lead : Thickness above 10 mm upto 25 mm

Taking out existing wooden window and door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired window shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre laminated high density board Wooden flooring with planks of sizes 12mm thick, 1202 mm length (minimum) and 192 mm wide(minimum) of AC-5 grade in approved colour, texture and finish, having performance appraisal certificate (PAC) conforming to EN 13329 standard issued by manufacturer of reputed make.The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded poly ethylene foam sheets having density 40 kg/m3, over prepared surface with necessary T profile planks of size 2286mm x 45mm x 15mm and door reducer of size 2286mm x45mm x12mm, wherever required. The wood planks shall have minimum density of 850kg/cum with eco friendly coating, etc including wooden corner beadings complete job.The wooden flooring shall come with a minimum 15-year warranty, covering issues related to scratches, wear and tear, with the lamination remaining intact throughout the warranty period.
