Pos top pole- Supply and erection of 5000mm high decorative pole made out MS Pipe Ø76.1mm confirming to YSt 210 and facilitating the luminaire mounting at the top. The pole shall be surface mounted on a concrete foundation. The base plate of the of the pole shall be E 250 grade MS 200 mm x 200mm, 12mm thick confirming to IS2062:2011 shall be facilitated with elongated slots to suit the 300mm, J-type, M16 bolts, Grade 4.6 that shall be provided with suitable nuts and plain washers. The structurally sound pole emerging out of the base plate shall be architecturally designed with a decorative cast aluminium causeway base cover minimum Ø330mm x 500mm (H), above which the leaf decoration cast aluminium structure Ø 150mm is aesthetically positioned. Mounted flower pot. The grade of pressure diecast material shall be ADC12. A GDC embellishment is provided at appropriate height enhancing the decorative outlook of the pole. The grade of gravity die cast material shall be LM6. The Pole welding shall be done with certified welders using a V groove technique with a high end MIG welding process. A base compartment with a die cast aluminium door contoured to the poles's shape housing the gear tray, prewired with 2 way connector. The surface preparation of the pole & components shall be done by shot blasting which is environmentally safe eliminating the chemical and acid use and ensuring the thoroughremoval of impuritise like, rust, oxides and other unwanted particles from the suface for high standard coating. The surface finish of the pole shall be Zinch rich primer coat & pure polyester powder coating or epoxy zinc phosphate primer followed by the environmentally stable Polyurethane based paint.
