Wall panelling:Providing and fixing readymade PVC panelling in walls of size 12mm thick, in approved colour, texture and finish having performance appraisal certificate (PAC) issued by the manufacturer. The fixing of panelling includes cost of screws/nuts,bolts and nails all complete as per approved architectural drawings, corner beading in all lengths wherever required and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Brand: Greenpanel, Action Tesa)

Ceiling: Providing and fixing readymade PVC panelling in ceiling of size 6mm thick, in approved colour, texture and finish having performance appraisal certificate (PAC) issued by the manufacturer. The fixing of panelling includes cost of screws/nuts,bolts and nails. Necessary supporting frame work consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall/ceiling with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings/ceiling design, corner beading in all lengths wherever required and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Brand: Greenpanel, Action Tesa)

Providing and fixing Powder coated Aluminum work with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners for fixing of vertical sections in the ceiling to support the frame including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt, etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction of engineer-in-charge With powder coated aluminium section. Pre- laminated flat pressed three layer of graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade I type II in panelling of partition walls or with float glass panes of 5 mm or higher thickness ( Modi, saint Gobain or equivalent) panelling of required height complete in all respect including all hardware fittings ( Excluding door closer) as per the directions of Engineer in charge.
