Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering and , shuttering , All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate (20mm nominal size) including all carriages complete.

Cast in situ cement Conc. with nominal mix M-15 grade with 20mm nominal size aggregate including all carriages complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundation, fottings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete using ply board / steel sheets.

Filling of avaliable material got from dismantling in Foot path.

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I not more than 6, incl. spreading in layers not exceeding 150mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 Ton power road roller at OMC to achieve at least 98% of max dry density as per IS..2720 to the required and grade. Grading-I as per specifications with CBR value not less than 20.incl all leads lifts, carriage, taxes Ocotori etc.

Providing and fixing of 300x300 Clour coated Rubber moulded, Tiles over 20mm 1:4 cement mortar, incl. filling of joints with neat cement mixed with pigment to the required shade including all carriages. Complete.

Providing and fixing of Rubber mould Kerb Blocks made of cement concrete M30 mix 150x300 chamfered to the required design, incl. pointing in cement mortar 1:2 mix to the required shade inlcuding all carriages.

12mm plaster in single coat on cement concrete works in 1:4 mix including carriage of materials. Complete.

Cement concrete flooring 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone agg. And applying floating coat of neat cement. including carriage of materials. Complete.

Providing and laying for laying of M.S Pipes 150 mm dia made out of 6mm thick MS Plate to the required Cross Slope, Providing proper position, proper jointing & incl.Carriage of pipes upto site of work.

Providing and laying 75 mm compacted thick WBM grade-II with 63-45mm size stone agg. with 13.2mm screenings, incl. supplying, spreading watering and compacting with road roller to the required grade and camber, spreading of binding material, carriage of materials complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone agg. to wet-mix macadam specifications incl pre-mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform with paver in base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density specifications thickness 125 mm compacted thickness (MORT & H specifications. clause 406.

Providing & laying of 40 mm thick Dense Bituminous concrete with bitumen of 60/70 grade @5.5% & filler (lime) @3% by weight of total mix. on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate, hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone agg. In hot mix plant , transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with sensor paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers as per MORTH specifications to achive the desired density and compaction but excl. the cost of primer/ tack coat. Incl. removal of existing 25 mm semidense coat with mechanical scrapper.
