The bidder should have prior work experience in manufacture and supply of equipment, material, etc., specifically in HVAC/Fire Fighting/Elevators/Electric Panels/Generators/Transformers. The required prior work experience includes completion of similar works with certain value and percentage requirements. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than 30% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works, not less than 40% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works, or not less than 60% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work. These works should have been completed within the last 7 years. Additionally, the bidder should have a satisfactory completion of work certificate along with a copy of the work order from a Govt./Semi Govt. organization, and an Experience Certificate from an Officer of not less than the rank of Executive Engineer from any Govt./Semi-Govt. organization. The experience of the staff in design, manufacture, and supply of such plants and equipment is also required.
