The bidder should have prior work experience in manufacture and supply of equipment, material, etc. with the following requirements: * Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. * Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. * One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in design, manufacture, and supply of such plants and equipment, specifically in HVAC/Fire Fighting/Elevators/Electric Panels/Generators/Transformers. They should also have completed similar works with a satisfactory completion of work certificate from Govt./Semi Govt. within the last 7 years. In terms of the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed works costing not less than the amount equal to: - 30% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works - 40% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works - 60% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work
