Earthing:- Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600 mm x 300 thick including accessories, with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc using charcoal and salt and copper plate earth electrode as required along with providing and fixing of 25mm x 5mm copper strip in 40 mm size medium class GI pipe from earth electrode ground as required.

Construction of RCC foundation for the above DG set in 1:2:4 grade with size of 2.85 length, 1.75 width of approximate depth of 600 mm About 300 mm foundation height should be above ground level. The length and breadth of foundation should be at least 14” more than size of the enclosure as per the drawing.

Construction of GC sheet roofing of suitable gauge ,(24G) placed on MS angle simple truss structure of (2” x 2” x 6mm thick) and MS pipe of size 3” with steel j hooks. The length and breadth of GC sheet roofing should be at least 1 Feet more than the size of the enclosure as per the drawing .The sides should be provided with iron wire mesh with Angle Iron support on sides having double door on one side

The stabilizer shall be provided with first filling of fresh transformer oil. Sheet gauge used for fabrication of stabilizer should not be less than 14 SWG. Speed of correction should not be less than 20-30 volt per second efficiency more than 90% . Copper wound.

Steel Tubular Poles Supply and erection of Road lighting on steel tubular pole swaged type conforming to IS 2713-(Part-III), pole designation 410-SP-12 complete with base plate, of 300mmx300mmx6mm(lxBxW), drilling of 25mm dia hole at 2.74 Mts from bottom for entry of wire. The Pole to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of silver white aluminium paint and underground section of the pole is to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint both inner and outer side. The pole is to be erected by execution of 5 feet x2feet x2 feet pole[pit including making foundation in cement concrete in the ratio of 1:2:4( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone, 40 mm dia nominal), the foundation is to be continued upto 0.3 M above ground level around the pole tapered suitably into the collar in round shape of 0.5 M in dia. The exposed portion of the block is to be plastered properly and white washed. The job includes excavation of pole pit refilling and removal of excavated material from the site and properly disposed off, complete job in all respect.

Cable Looping Box(Connection Box) Fabrication, supply, fixing and connectioning of dust and weather proof, gasketted, canopy type connection box made out of 16 SWG MS sheet 250mm x 250mm x 200mm in size. The connection box is to be fitted with 2 Nos. MS 2 strips 250mm x40mm x5mm on its back side with 2 No. hole on each strip for fixing of box with strip by suitable size nut and bolts. The MS strips shall have to be welded with pole at appropriate place around the existing hole on the pole. the box shall have to provide with hinged cover, locking arrangement, earth studs, neoprene gasket, terminal strip 60A four way, MCB carrier for two no. MCB’s complete with connections, two no. 40mm dia hole at bottom and 25mm dia hole and centre of back side of the box. The box shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of silver white Aluminium paint, complete job in

G.I Pipe for Cable Protection along pole(Vertical Length) Supply, bending, threading and fixing of G.I pipe class-B, 40mm dia, 3M long along the pole for protection of cable .the top end of the pipe be threaded suitable for fixing of connection box with check nuts inside the connection box. The pipe is to be suitably bended to size for smooth entry of cable not less than 12 times the diameter of pipe as per diagram and complete job in all respects

Construction of plat form for servo stabilizer and panel board for adm block and newly constructed tube well with 8 x 8 x 3 (LxBxH) and 1.5 feet below the ground level The platform should be in the ratio of 1:2:4(1 cement :2 sand:4 graded stone aggregated 40 mm nominal size) The job also includes construction of shed on Angle Iron 50 mmx50mmx 6mm for Truss and sides for platform @ c.c 2 feet distance and 3inch pipes on 4 sides duly grouted in cement concrete with 6 feet height with 2 feet below cement concrete the roofing of shed and all sides should be covered with 24 guage G.I sheets of suitable size for panel and servo stabilizer. The shed should be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of silver paint ( complete job)
