15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand). Complete job.

Providing & applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre,two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Supply & Filling of good earth for levelling of park

Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.) In rows 5 cm apart in either direction
