Supply and fixing of furniture for New Academic Block (G+4) with basement (balance work) at SMVD UNIVERSITY, KAKRYAL, KATRA

2-Seater Desk Cum Bench with Overall depth of Desk cum Bench shall be 1200mm, Width of Desk & Bench 1200mm, Depth of Desk 500mm, Depth of Bench 400mm, Height of Desk 750mm & Height of Bench 450mm. PANELS: -Seat, Desk & Shelf shall be of 25mm thick Ply with 2mm thick PVC lipping all around. Back shall be of 18mm thick Ply with 2mm thick PVC lipping all around. UNDERSTRUCTURE: - Side frames are made of Obround tube 60 X 30 X 2.0mm thick and for holding cross member CRCA 2.0mm thick bracket welded to vertical member. Base shall be HR plate 8.0mm thick welded to the vertical member. Two triangular brackets welded to the vertical member V-shaped shall be fixed from side and will support desk and shelf. One Extra gusset support of 2.0 mm thick plate shall be provided from side. Cross members are Rect. tube 50.8 X 25.4 X 1.6 mm thick & Rect. 80 X 40 X 1.6mm thick tube. For seat holding, bracket of HR 5.0 mm thick welded to cross members shall be provided for holding seat. Perforated Modesty as shown shall be of CRCA 0.8mm thick. For additional support, hot section of CRCA 0.8mm thick welded inside modesty. The obround tubes are closed with metal caps. The product shall be knockdown structure, to be assembled at site using machine screws. Complete metal structure shall be powder coated each.
