The bidder should have prior work experience in similar nature of work, including laying of sewer network, construction of STP, and pumping station. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, with specific conditions such as: - Three similar completed works/projects with a cost not less than 40% of the Estimated Capital cost - Two similar completed works/projects with a cost not less than 50% of the Estimated Capital cost - One similar completed work/project with a cost not less than 80% of the Estimated Capital cost Additionally, the bidder should have experience in projects of similar nature where the cost is not less than 50% of the Estimated Capital cost, or one similar completed work/project with a cost not less than 80% of the Estimated Capital cost. The bidder must also have carried out design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plants of at least 300 KLD or more capacity during the last three years. The bidder should also have a JV with a consultancy agency that has experience of DPR Works for Sewerage Project with Central Govt/State Govt/ Municipal Corporations, where the cost of the Project is at least Rs 3.20 Cr or Rs 6.00 Cr. The bidder is required to submit details of work experience certificates and a statement of facts about their previous experience in performing similar or comparable work. An affidavit undertaking that eligible similar work(s) has/have not been executed through another contractor on a back-to-back basis is also required.
