Fixing of ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mmdia G.Ilimpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2 pre Yatra and dismantling of the same post Yatra 2022.

Fixing of PVC Sheet 2mm thick to vertical portion of the Hall (Main Ward) including dismantling of the same after conclusion of Yatra 2022.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete-1 mm thick.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing Sanitary fittings to the washrooms

PTMT Bib Cock of approved quality and colour-15mm nominal bore,86mm long, weight not less than 88 gms.

Providing and fixing 1 mm MS sheet to top triangular frame fixed with screws an fixed properly including carriage to site.

Providing and fixing pre-coated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm+/-5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa stee grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer –in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
