Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Chequerred terrazzo tiles 22mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 6mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Engagement of skilled and semi-skilled labour for repairs to Doors, front gates by way of welding, cutting of angle iron frame and sheets, placing/repairs to damaged truss of Block in CRPF area, repairs to sanitary connections damaged in winters.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres -All kinds of soil.

Providing and fixing pre-coated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm+/-5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa stee grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer –in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Carriage of all material by LMV upto site of erection.
