Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement lime mortar 1:1:6 ( 1 cement : 1 lime putty : 6fine sand)

Tile brick masonry with common burnt clay tile bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth including curing complete in: Cement lime mortar 1:1:6 (1 cement : 1 lime putty : 6 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 liter/10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75liter /10sqm

Manufacturing, providing and installation of heritage type ornamental double faced main compound gate of forged cum cost materials of different sizes and specifications including press metallic decorative type CRC sheeting materials and strips as required which includes frame structures of M.S hollow light materials of SHS of 50x50mm,25x25mm and 16x16mm including supporting stiffners for strengthening of the job which includes providing, assembling anf fixing of heavy type locking arrangements, handles and revolving type 6 No. hinges- cum-hold fasts of male/female type with arch type bottom rails fixed with casters/wheels fitted with job for smooth functioning after proper checking of alignment and complete with electric arc welding, gases and other consumables, required at site which also includes allied hardware, metallic fittings/holders etc as required and also complete with fine finishing jobs and priming and painting two or more coats by way of I.S.C. This also includes erection/hoisting and fixing in position at site including all hire charges of tools, and traklers temporary building material, scaffolds/super structure etc. wherever necessary as per requirement at site including all carriage from factory to actual site of work including handling rehandling, loading, unloading with tolerence +/- upto 10% regarding the specification. As per approved sample. (Size 20' x 10' minimum)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2mm thick

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels 18mm thick

Extra for fixing marble / granite stone over and above corresponding basic item, in facia and drops of width upto 150 mm with epoxy resin based adhesive including cleaning etc. complete.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm/16 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite Work

Providing bricks band 10cm / 7.0 cm thick 5 cm / 5.7 cm projected from wall face, in bricks of class designation 7.5 laid in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and curing complete.

Extra for plastering done on moulding cornices or architraves including neat finish to line and level :In two coats

Note:-The rates quoted are inclusive of all carriages of materials (Mechanical/Manual) from source to site work and all extra charges including dewatering if any during the execution of work till complete in all respects.
