Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:

(a)1:4:8( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone agg) 40mm nominal size crushed aggregate

(b)1:3:6( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone agg)20mm nominal size) crushed aggregate) for mass concrete works

Laying of Damp Proof course by way of bitumen paint on surface of concrete walls etc.

(a) Providing and laying in position 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level

(b) Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(c) Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.with1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

FORM WORK:- Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

a)Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

b)Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

c) Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

d) Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

e) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth lvl

Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete

(a) Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

(b) Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

(a) Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc . Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Casement cum fixed panel window having both end single casement panel, middle fixed panels and at top completely fixed ventilator with S.S friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9) made of (big series) frame 67 x 60 mm , sash 67 x 80 mm &mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension and with 5mm thick toughened glass and fiber jalli option pre- febricated on german fabrication system( mosquito sash 18mm(min) x 43mm(min)(with welled cornes) . (Area of window above 3.00 sqmu pto 5.00 sqm).All complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(As per Sample)(Fenesta Make)

(b) Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) ( Ist class kail wood)

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick paneled door shutters (Ist class Kail Wood). With 25-30 mm thick Ornamentals 1st Kail Wood panels including necessary stainless Steel Butt hinges /screws etc. Design of shutter and panels as per the instructions of Engineer incharge complete in all respects.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

12 mm thick cement plaster on smooth side of single or half brick wall in (1 cement: 6 fine sand mix).

Pointing brick masonary walls with lime Surkhi to make grooves limely red including grinding and polishing /finishing etc the brick Surface (to give a heritage look) , making the surfaces even and smooth by way of removing all foreign mateials/drpos of mortar etc including all scaffolding /necessary form works etc. upto desired height .including cost of material and labour all complete as per the directions of site Engineer

Structural steel work in built up welded sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

(a) Providing and fixing Track deck CRIL make or equivalent H.I. rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020 mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255 mm T.C.T(total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 no stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti-capillary flute inside Lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms /sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both sides AZ-150 as IS -1397 ,550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of S.M.P over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end Lapp and using 8mm Galvalume hex self-drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all sides and end Lapps etc (.measured for unit of laid area) (0.50 mm thickness )

(b) Asper item above for plain .50mm total thickness SMP coated galvanised steelof similar material for ridge, caping pieces places at apex of sky lights/hips. Valleys etc incl. noteing turning down of edges of capping between ribs etc complete (500mm to 1000mm)

Providing and fixing plained finished eaves boarding. 2nd class kail wood 300x40 mm (nominal size)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick T&G planks made of imported wood (New zealand pine or equivalent) on wood work in false ceiling, wall/wall partitions sawn and put up in position ( budloo wood Ceiling Joists of 50 mm x 65 mm in sections placed @ 600 mm C/C both ways or as required at site). including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails etc. all complete upto floor 5 level as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).(For panelling /Ceilings/Soffits etc.)

Providing and applying cement based wall putty of required thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in specified areas as per specified patter. (Birla make)

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work and incl a priming coat of interior paint applied at 2.20kgs/10 sm

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete

Providing and fixing hardware fittings of approved brand and of required type as approved by Engineer Incharge/ consultant. (Aluminum Fittings of Antique Finish) complete as per the specifications

(a)Tower Bolts size 200x10mm (Doors)

(b)Providing and fixing of Aldrop of Standard makeas approved by EI

(c) Providing and fixing aluminum handles ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete.125 mm
