Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete

(a) Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

(b) xtra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

(a) Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) ( Ist class kail wood)

b) For false-ceiling frame-work made of Budloo wood

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Height pressuresteam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing 35mm thick paneled or paneling and glazed shutters for windows and clerestory windows including I.S.I. Marked black enameled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws excluding paneling, (which will be paid separately) ( Ist class kail wood)

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : ( Ist class kail wood)

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

(a) Providing and fixing Track deck crill make or equivalent H.I. rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020 mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255 mm T.C.T(total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 no stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti-capillary flute inside Lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms /sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both sides AZ-150 as IS -1397 ,550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of S.M.P over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end Lapp and using 8mm Galvalume hex self-drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all sides and end Lapps etc (.measured for unit of laid area) (0.50 mm thickness )

(b) As per item above for plain .50mm total thickness SMP coated galvanised steelof similar material for ridge, caping pieces places at apex of sky lights/hips. Valleys etc incl. noteing turning down of edges of capping between ribs etc complete (500mm to 1000mm)

Structural steel work in built up welded sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing plained finished eaves boarding. 2nd class kail wood 300x40 mm (nominal size)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick T&G planks made of imported wood (New zealand pine or equivalent) on wood work in false ceiling, wall/wall partitions sawn and put up in position ( budloo wood Ceiling Joists of 50 mm x 65 mm in sections placed @ 600 mm C/C both ways or as required at site). including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails etc. all complete upto floor 5 level as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).(For panelling /Ceilings/Soffits etc.)

15 mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall in (1 cement: 6 fine sand mix).

12 mm thick cement plaster on smooth side of single or half brick wall in (1 cement: 6 fine sand mix).

Providing and applying cement based wall putty of required thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in specified areas as per specified patter. (Birla make)

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work and incl a priming coat of interior paint applied at 2.20kgs/10 sm

Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of water exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour to give smooth finish with two or more coats on new wood and based surfacesincl and over a priming coat of approved brand of wood primer

Providing and fixing hardware fittings of approved brand and of required type as approved by Engineer Incharge/ consultant. (Aluminum Fittings of Antique Finish) complete as per the specifications

i) Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 200x10 mm

ii)150x10 mm

iii) Providing and fixing aluminum handles ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete.125 mm

iv) Providing and fixing of Aldrop of Standard makeas approved by EI
