Providing and laying in position specified grades of reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade in walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, filets, beams, slabs, stairs, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. using 20mm thick crushed stone agg. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto roof level.

Reinforcement for R. C. C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars .( All work at all levels complete.)

Providing form work including Centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc. using ply wood sheeting with water proofing ply board (12 mm min .thickness) and removal of the same for( All work at all levels complete.).-

Providing and fixing angle iron posts embeded in cement concerete and struts/Flat iron of required size including botom to be split and bend at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cms length (For posts only ) and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia for posts only etc ( wherever required). complete including applying of priming coat and two coats of aprroved paint complete in all respects. (concerete work of specified design shall be paid for Seperetly.

12 mm thick cement plaster on ceilings, soffits etc. in (1 cement : 4 fine sand mix). Upto floor V level complete in all respects (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc. upto site of work complete).

Providing and fixing 40 mm thick wodden planks well plained having 600 mm width (min) and of 1800 long (min) or as per the site requirements all complete as per the directions of Site Engineer . (ist class Deodar wood.)

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bend with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg ) R.C.C. top slab with 1:1 ½ : 3 mix ( 1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size),foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. complete as per standard design : -Inside dimensions 900 x 900 mm and 150 cm deep for single pipe line with three or more inlets.

Providing and fixing M.S. Grills of required pattern welded and fixed in frames etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer and two coats of synethetic enamel paints complete in all respects.

Providing and laying 40 mm thick, Factory made chemical polished rubber moulded precast cement concrete tiles of specified design and of approved make and colour laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar of 1:4 mix all complete as per the specifications and directions of enginneer
