Providing wood work in frames for doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames Wrought framed and fixed in positions (First class deodar wood ).

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick paneled door shutters (Ist class Kail Wood). With 25-30 mm thick Ornamentals 1st Kail Wood panels including necessary stainless Steel Butt hinges /screws etc. Design of shutter and panels as per the instructions of Engineer incharge complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc . Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Casement cum fixed panel window having both end single casement panel, middle fixed panels and at top completely fixed ventilator with S.S friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9) made of (big series) frame 67 x 60 mm , sash 67 x 80 mm &mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension and with 5mm thick toughened glass and fiber jalli option pre- febricated on german fabrication system( mosquito sash 18mm(min) x 43mm(min)(with welled cornes) . Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : ( First class kail wood.)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick T&G planks made of imported wood (New zealand pine or equivalent) on wood work in false ceiling, wall/wall partitions sawn and put up in position ( budloo wood Ceiling Joists of 50 mm x 65 mm in sections placed @ 600 mm C/C both ways or as required at site). including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails etc. all complete upto floor 5 level as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).(For panelling /Ceilings/Soffits etc.)

Providing and fixing of PVC panelling 8mm thick including the cost of all accessories like u channels & angles etc or any other thing required at site.sapphire series.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position Budloo / Fir wood

Providing and fixing planed eves boarding of (300x40 mm nominal size) of 2nd Class kail wood with necessary grooves and chamfer as per detailed drawing / as per the directions of Engineer Incharge -

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets Crill make or equivelent (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete uptoany pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (0.50 mm thickness )

As per item ( above ) for plain 0. 50 mm total thickness S.M.P. coated Galvalume steel of similar material for ridge, capping pieces at apex of sky lights/hips, valleys etc. including notching, turning down of edges of capping between ribs etc .complete(500 mm to 600 mm)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 graded stone agg.) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excl. the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (50mm thick with 20mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate)

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium work for partitions including doors, windows, ventilators etc.with extruded built up tubular sections, appropriate sections and other sections of approved make fixed with rawl plugs and screws etc. ACP sheets and 5mm thick glass sheets as per design including all fittings and accessories(12 guage 70x40mm and 45mmx45mm sections wherever required as per site requirement and directions (complete) Gauge 14 of Aluminium to be used.

Providing and laying Pavers of 60 mm Avg.thick in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, including 2.5% wastages laid on 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laying Over laying cement Concerete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 Coasrse Sand :8 stone aggeregate 40 mm nominal size) 75 mm thick laid over a bed of Stone Soling 225 mm thick (min) (Stone soling and Concerete shall be paid for Seperately ) including grouting the joints with stone dust etc., complete.
