Providing and fixing Track deck CRIL make or equivalent H.I. rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020 mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255 mm T.C.T(total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 no stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti-capillary flute inside Lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms /sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both sides AZ-150 as IS -1397 ,550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of S.M.P over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end Lapp and using 8mm Galvalume hex self-drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all sides and end Lapps etc (.measured for unit of laid area) (0.50 mm thickness )

Providing Polycarbonate sheet roofing with 10 mm thick multicell heat stopper polycarbonate sheet1000 mm wide free length resting on aluminium purlins sections through aluminium cleat at 1000 mm c/c &capped with polycarbonate connectors complete as per architects drawing. as per pattern complete including fixing at site.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Providing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm diameter made out of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders, etc. will be as per IRC:67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. the aluminum sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4mm, 4m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as perdirections of Engineer-in-charge.
