Brickwork with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 cement mortar (1cement : 6 coarse sand mortar.) i/c Extra for brick work in Square or rectangular pillars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding etc. complete

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 mix over rough concrete surface

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete On concrete work

Supplying and Filling earth, including carrying by lorry, placing, dressing, breaking clods, watering, rolling top-most layer manually,levelling & filling in ground depressions, Including of all carriages within 10 km from source to site all complete

Providing, fixing and installation of ornamental poles with the lighting fixtures with below specifications of approved brand like Electrolite India, Twinkle, Homedec or any other equivalent make. • Full length of poles along with two arms should be of cast iron. • Pole length should be 3.00 Rmt. • Bottom Base of pole should be round 350mm dia, 20mm thick with height of 750mm (approx.) in octagonal shape with each bending part of 112mm approx. • Bottom of pole should have USB + 3 pin charging socket suitable for mobile and other charging points with IP65 poly body. • Each pole should have four cast iron pipes/parts of length 750mm (one part), 950mm (two parts), 350mm (one part). • Brackets (Two Number) should be made of cast iron of approved design and shape of 450mm wide. • Total weight of pole should be approximately 125kg ± 10kg. • Poles should have ultra violet rays resistance coating. • Each pole should have two aluminum casted lighting fixtures of size 560mm x 335mm with stainless steel screws, corrosion and UV ray resistant coating, sand blasted acrylic with 20 watt lamps make of Syska, Phillips or any other equivalent make including 1.50sqmm Copper wire complete job in working/ finished form. Providing of foundation works for Ornamental Cast Iron Pole which includes earth work in excavation (2'-0" x 2'-0" x 2'-0"), Stone Solling (4" Thick), PCC 1:4:8 (3' Thick), Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (1'-6" x 1'-6" x 2'-6") with form work, MS Bolts 12mm / 16mm Dia as per anchoring arrangemet in pole base, finishing with cement plaster 1:4 Mix and Epoxy Paint, complete job as per requirement at site and as directed by Engineer In Charge.
