Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N. size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars

12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 mix over rough concrete surface

Fabrication: Providing and fixing of Hydraulic gate including all carriages and head load with Winch machines including coupling and universal rods as per the following specificiation. Structure: The vertical and horizontal members shall be fabricated from 100 x 50 mm (ISMC 100) channel section of required lengths to be properly welded. The rubber seal and the bottom and sides should be provided to check leakages. The whole structure shall be provided with a primary coat of approved brand and manufacture with e-proxy paint of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respects. The gate leaves shall be provided with 5 mm thick M/S sheet on either side. The gangway, stair and railing for gangway shall be provided with required sections. Super Structure: Hoisting - Machine: - Providing and fixing of ISI marked heavy duty . winch machine of 2-3 mt capacity (worm gear and Lock type) thrush bearing with double threaded winch rod of 55 mm dia with flanges having winch gear 30 mm dia, 65 mm thick with gure metal bush nut 150 mm dia (outer) and 150 mm rubber seal including all castings and accessories as per the directions of the site engineer. The Gate shall rest on rolled channel section ISMC (150 x 65 mm) embedded in bed concrete with side grooves. Grooves: The grooves shall be (150 x 75 mm) fabricated out of M.S plate 75 x 5 angle iron in the form of channel shape and filled with base and super structure and shall be filled in concrete blocks.
