Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-modular) brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (including all lead, lift and carriages)

Providing and fixing paneled or glazed shutters for doors and windows and clestory windows using 10 kg /sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including ISI marked black enameled M.S. butt hinges bright finished of requried size with necessary screws, (35mm thick of 2nd class deodar wood).

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directoin with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws : Second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including lSI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,al! complete as per direction of engineer- in charge. Strctural steel work welded in built up sections 40 x 40 x 6 mm, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (including all lead, lift and carriages)

Providing fixing and glass strips in joints otterrazo/cement concrete floor 40 mm wide x 4mm thick

Cement Concrete Flooring in (1:2:4) 1 cement : 2 coarse Sand : 4 stone aggregate finsihing with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but exd. The cost of nosing of step etc. complete 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregates (Crushed) (including all lead, lift and carriages)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufactures on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting of doors and windows with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades (two or more coats) on new work

Providing and fixing Ceramic gla.z:ed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 13755 of NITC.O, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coa.rse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete (including all lead, lift and carriages)

White washing with lime to give an even shade. New Work (three or more coats

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade. New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/1O sqm

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineerin-Charge)0.50mm+/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.l. limpet washers or with G.l. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal /vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 60x60cm (including all lead, lift and carriages)
