Supply and fixing of four way arm bracket( square type 2'x2') for mounting the luminaire on the top of the pole fabricated out of 48.3 mm OD GI pipe , welded and supported with a triangular MS gasset plate , with a provision of cast iron cap.( design to be approved before installation)

Providing of service connection and earthings to luminaire from the junction box in 1.5 mm PVC insulated, multicore copper wire .

S/L , testing and commissioning of PVC alluminium un-armoured cable 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto Date Amendments.Havell/Eq. standard make as directed by engineer incharge and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs of required size.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of LED based Flood light, housing made up of pressure die cast aluminum Alloy with effective thermal management,sturdiness and embossed brand name/logo name of manufacturer. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of greater than 120 lumen/Watt and a minimum system lumen output of 18000 lumens and maximum system wattage of 150 Watts.The fixture shall have a CRI of minimum 70, SDCM5. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @70% lumen maintenance. Ingress Protection of IP66 (lamp and gear Compartment) and Mechanical Impact Resistance Rating of IK =07 with toughened glass cover.The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 140-270 V, inner surge protection of =4KV, PF 0.95 and THD10% at full load. Driver should cut off at high voltage of 320volt for safety. The fixture should comply with the parameters as per IS10322. The LED driver should comply to IEC61000-3-2 ed.3.2, 2009 for Harmonics. Manufacturer shall have inhouse lab approved by NABL. LM 79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/UL accredited lab to verify above parameters. Of three phase 10 KVA 50HZ oil cooled(Transformer oil is to be provided with stabilizer conforming to IS 335,IEC296)) unbalanced type servo voltage stabilizer(Electricfield / Alba/ Cosco make) having an input line voltage ranging from 110V to 240 V ( phase to neutral) and balanced output voltage of 220V, +/- 1%. ( Test certificate to be provided by the manufacturer) The unit incorporate

a) 0-500V moving iron type voltmeter with selector switch.

b) A three phase change over switch to read voltage on incoming and output side

c) indicating lights 6 No two numbers for each of the motorised units, one for lower limit and other for higher limit.

d) six push button control for movement operation of three motorised dimmer units two for each unit i.e one for raise operation and one for lower operation under the conditions of adjustment of auto/mannual selector switch (DPDT)

e) Single phase Preventer , time delay of 10 Secs, low cut and high cut.

f) six potential meter resistance with lock meter two for each phase control, one for sensitivity and other for level control.

g) two sets of indication lamps three numbers each to indicate output and input indication

h) 20 % over load bearing capacity for one hour.

Carrying out foundation of PCC type, cement concrete to be carried in 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)in foundation of servo stabilizer set etc including form work etc as required the job also includes supply and carriage etc of the requsite material upto the site.

Providing of earthing by way of digging 10' deep pit then embedding 2'x2', 5mm thick copper plate connecting the plate with main control board by 10 SWG copper wire with 1/2" dia. Full thread brass nut and bolt and washers. Refilling of pit with alternate layers of salt coal and earth.

P/F of sheet steel Kiosk suitable to house 10 KVA servo stabilizer fabricated out of 16 SWG M.S sheet having front door with locking arrangements and duly powder coated.
