A. Mechanical Works Type: MRL Passenger Lift. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 13 passengers lift Machine Room Less (MRL) Type with Gearless Machine lift (G+4). The lift shall be suitable for 13 passengers (884Kg) of standard design having speed of 1 m/s serving from ground to Fourth floor i.e. 05 stops and 05 landings. The elevator shall be of state of art technology, energy efficient drive and all its components / accessories shall conform to relevant IS standards and Defective Liability Period of 01 years. •Power Supply - 400/415 V (3 Phase AC) •Control: Selective Collective Operation Control. •Drive: VVVF Drive with feedback control (closed loop). SITE DIMENSION: - Available Shaft Dimension: 2070 mm (W) X 2450 mm (D) Note: The bidder shall visit the site before quoting the rates for the bid. Signals: Digital Car position indicator, car travels direction indicator in car and at all landing with call registration indicator. COP & LOP must have stainless steel face plate silver brushed with surface mounted button encoded with braille. Button: Floor pushbutton, alarm bell pushbutton, door open and close pushbutton etc. All buttons on car & landing shall be luminous & encoded with braille. Operation Push Button for lift maintenance & service should be present inside the car. Display type: Monochrome/ Color LCD / Segmented LCD/ Scroll. CAR: - •Design: Stainless steel in hairline finish. Car floor shall be of a flat non-slip or chequered surface. •Suitable for carrying minimum 13 passengers. •Blower fan in car for ventilation. •Car Door: Stainless Steel Centre Opening/Side Opening provided with photocell detector technology and Mechanical Force limiting Device. •Landing Door: Automatic Stainless-Steel Centre Opening/Side Opening provided with photocell detector technology and Mechanical Force limiting Device with fire rating as per relevant IS Codes. •Round Handrail in Stainless steel finish provided on rear wall of car. Protective Devices & other Accessories: - •ARD: Automatic rescue device complete with battery system for automatic evacuation to the nearest floor in case of power failure. •Overload Protection: On overloading condition, the lift car will not start with door remaining open and give audio & display indication. •Motor overheat protection. •Phase failure and phase reversal protection. •Battery operated emergency lighting in the lift car. •Emergency Alarm: Alarm button in car operating panel. •Fireman switch and fireman control •Buffers: As per manufacturer's standard conforming to IS. •Counter weight shall be as per design. •Main Wire Rope/Belt: As per manufacturer's standard conforming to IS.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3- phase 25 KVA servo-stabilizer of reputed make with working range of 150-460 Volts (± 10V) AC Phase to Phase including all allied electrical accessories. The stabilizer should have following specifications: •Capacity:25 KVA, 3-phase unbalanced type •Output: 415 V ± 5% - phase to phase •Supply: 3 phase, 50Hz •Operation: Automatic •Duty cycle: 100% or continuous •Transformer windings: Copper wound on CRGO laminations as per IS specifications. •Cooling: Oil cooled (First oil filling provided) •Efficiency: Better than 98% at full load •Waveform distortions: Nil •Overload Capacity: 15% for continuous 4 hours. •High speed voltage correction •Protections: Under voltage, Over voltage, Overload and short circuit protection. •Other features: LED indicators, Digital AC ammeter, AC voltmeter, Single phase preventer and Stabilizer by-pass arrangement.

Providing and fitting of 160 Ampere on load Changeover Switch with enclosure-01 No., 4 Pole 100 Amp MCB-01 No., 63 Ampere MCB- 01 No. including providing and fitting of Shaft Bulk Head Lights. All electrical items should be of reputed make like Havells, L&T/ Siemens or similar. The job also includes interconnection of the electromechanical equipment’s and Chemical Earthing of all the electrical components. Any other major/minor electrical equipment(s) which may not have been specifically mentioned in the BOQ but otherwise are essential for the completion of the job of SITC of the lift shall be considered included in the job.
