1(d) Fuel tank: In built daily service fuel tank as per manufactures specification complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine, complete with valves, level indicator and accessories as required as per specification attached.

1(e) Exhaust System: Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor.

1(f) Starting System: starting system comprising of starter motor, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation, complete with required nos of suitable batteries as required and as per specification.

1(g) Acoustic Enclosure: Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specification attached. AS PER CPCB-IV/IV+/MOeF regulations.

(a) Supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping of suitable dia. Welded black MS 'B' class pipe conforming to IS:3589 cut to required length and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/Rock wool 50mm thick, wire mesh and aluminium cladding etc. as required as per detailed specification to be communicated

Supply and filling of High speed Diesel (HSD) for Carrying out test at site at rated KW for the 40 KVA DG Set for a period of 12 hours continuous run including 10% over load for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation

Supply/ installation/testing and commissioning of Wall / floor mounted compartmentalized , 415 volts TPN MCCB Main Distribution panels ,fabricated out of sheet steel of 16 gauge dust protected, duly painted with powder coating ( not less than 80 microns ) incl earth terminal with all necessary accessories as required for panel (IP 54) with internal wiring of panel .The Panel is to provided and fitted with following adjustable type controlling /Protection switch gear devices Incomer (1) 100 Amp TPN Panel Mounted Change over Switch of Havells / Eq. make=1 No (2) 200 Amps TPN Aluminium Bus Bar = 1 Set ( Bus Bar shall be insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be colour coded. having minimum size 20 mm x 10 mm with spacing as per latest IE Standards) (3) Digital Multi function Volt Meter with C T of proper ratio. = 1 set each (4) Phase indicators = 1 Set each Outgoing (1) 100 Amps TPN MCCB with 16 KA Breaking capacity of L&T /ABB /Legrend /Simens make = 1 No's (2) 63 Amps TPN MCB with 16 KA Breaking capacity of L&T /ABB /Legrend /Simens make = 1 No's (1) 63 Amps DP MCB with 10 KA Breaking capacity of L&T /ABB /Legrend /Simens make = 2 No's (1) 10 Amps Single Pole MCB (10KA) =1 No. The Job includes providing of 40x40x 5mm angle iron stand of required size having 4 No of Legs upto 2.5 ft in length each The Panel manufacturing unit should be CPRI Registered with latest ammended IEC / IS 61439 and the Contractor has to submit the test certificate of main switch gear's and Drawing's of panel (Showing claerly dimensions of panel with spacing of switchgear as per IE Standards ) & is to approved by Department not less than the rank of SDO before manufacturing of panel.

Supply,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Buck-Boost type 40 KVA,3-Phase,415V, , L.T,Unbalanced Servo voltage stabilizer (OUT DOOR type) .that must take a load of 40 KVA at the Following Specifications No. of Phases = 3 No Input Voltage (L-L)= 208 -460 Volts , L-N =(120-265 Volts) Output Voltage =415 volts ±1%(Phase to phase) & 230 volts±1%(Phase to neutral) Protection =Over voltage, under voltage & Overloading with TDR & Neutral failure protection . Buck-Boost The Stabilizer shall be servo-controlled automatic ,ONAN cooled and provided with first filling of fresh filtered transformer oil having required dielectric strength .The Stabilizer shall be capable of smooth operation upto 10 % un-balanced in the load currents.The contractor /supplier has to give guarantee for any manufacturing defect with three servicing of the equipment for two year reckoned from commissioning.Inclusive of all applicapable taxes (Electrified /Automatic electric / Chinar / Alba / Casco make) The contractor has to faciltate testing of stabilizer at manufacturing site to departmental representative before despatching to site of work. The Job further includes CMC for a period of three years reckoned from date of sucessful commissioning (The comphrensive maintenance contract includes operation and maintenanace of stabilizer including replacement of damaged /burnt out accessories /equipments (what so ever reason) both mechanical as well as electrical completly by fresh one besides carrying timely servicing ) The complete inspection of Stabilizer shall be carried out by departmental representative not less than the rank of SDO at manufacturing site before assembling of stabilizer and contractor has to faciltate in all aspects the departmental representative uto manufacturing plant.
