Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087, finished with a coat of aluminium primer on both sides & edges, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to a grid made out of anodized aluminium (with 15 micron anodic coating) T-sections 35 x 15 x1.5 mm size main runners, cross runners 23.5 x 19 x 1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia. M.S rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats and dash fastener. The suspenders shall be placed 600 x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brass screws and applying a priming coat of primer and paint as per tas per Direction of Engineer Incharge. Roof area 110.37 Sqm

Providing and fixing 0.50 mm pre-profiled colour coated corrugated sheets to laid over frame work of trusses columns, purlins and side rails using hot dipped zinc coated self- drilling hexagonal washers, fastener etc. Roof: Total area 138'x5'+138'x2=966 Sft = 89.74 Sqm

Electrical works includes PVC wiring of 1mm-400mtr, 1.5mm-400mtr, led ceiling 4" round lights 12W-24Nos, flood lights 50W-10no, Exhaust fan shield -4no. P/F of 4sqmm Copper, cable-100mm. Job includes the cost of material, skilled labour and other allied charges Including all taxes.
