Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Supply and fixing of Poly Carbonate sheet 10mm thick double walled UV stabilized ISO /ISI certified clear to be fixed with MS frame using rubber Gasket and translucent Silicon Sealant fixed with self driven screws including cost of wastage, carriages all sorts of head loads involved complete job.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Providing and fixing of polycarbonate bird / pigeon control spikes including necessary fixtures, screws etc complete job.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area beyond 3 sqm.

Providing and fixing of Double sliding frameless Automatic Motion sensor main entrance glass door (12mm toughned) of approved make including, operational motor, sensor, door rails, carriages, electrical fitting etc required for making it operational as directed by EIC complete job.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre-moulded and pre-polished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels (Area of slab upto 0.5 sqm)

Providing and fixing pre coated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete.

Repairs to GI sheets of existing canopies by removing and refixing of GI sheets including providing and fixing of sealent self driven / shelf taping screws etc complete job as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing of 18 watt. LED ceiling lights including necessary wirings etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing of PVC 3 inch down take pipes including clamping, coupling necessary fittings etc complete job as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of old damaged Khatamband false ceiling including ply board, frame work, cornice etc and disposal including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead complete.

Providing and fixing of KHATAM BANDI ceiling of first class budloo/fir wood excluding the cost of frame work which is to be paid separately. Changez Khani

Providing and fixing 12mm water proof ply wood of approved quality brand in ceiling including wooden frame work of Budloo wood with all fittings, fixtures scaffolding complete as directed by EIC

Providing and fixing of cornice 75mm wide of imported KD wood with all necessary fittings and fixtures complete.

Polishing on wood work with PU polish of approved brand and manufacture including preparing the surface by cleaning sand papering and filler etc.

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture: Two or more coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over and under coat of flatting varnish.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 3.5mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges finished of required size with necessary screws imported / KD wood.

Providing and fixing of half round PVC rain water gutter 6 inch dia finished and fixed in place with cement concrete 1:2:4 including making opening for down spout rain water pipes and other allied works as directed by EIC.

Add GST by applying factor 0.219512 on basic total Amount of items.
