Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete, including all carriages.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume high rib profile sheets 0.50 mm TCT having a crest height of 28-32 mm at 195 mm and effective width of 975-1000 mm and length to suit site requirements to the purlins using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make with purlin sheet using self drilling and self tapping fasteners and fixing flashings, valleys and ridges of colour coated galvalume plain sheet using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make complete and as directed. The contractor shall give a minimum of 10 yrs gurantee for sheets againts deterioration, disintegration, loss of lusture, varaition in colour etc and leakages across laps, fasteners etc. All types of steel sheets shall be load tested to statisfy 1.1 times the design wind load and coating thickness to the stasfaction of the Engineer Incharge. The fasteners shall also be laod tested. The contractor is to submit the designs and shop drawings for approval on the sheet profile, design and fabrication details before installation (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carraige upto site of work complete).

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2. including all carriages.

Providing and fixing of plain eaves boarding 300mm x 40 mm (nominal size) Kail Woodr incl cost of nails and carriages complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) including all carriages.

12mm Cement plaster of mix in 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including all carriages.

Upgradation of Darainage System:Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by Manual/mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by site Engineer incld.cutting of trees, removal of tree stumps and dewatering of trenches during execution of work..

Supply and filling of dry stone soling in foundation trenches tightly hand packed with hand ramming, dressing ,watering incld. carriage of material from source to site of work complete
