Electrification of HWG control panel to main panel by way of connecting A wire alongwith replacement of faulty 4 pole 63A MCCB (2 Nos) in main control panel, Providing & fixing of DOL starter having following specifications: Phase 3-phase, Thermal Over Load Protector: Yes, Power Supply 20-32 A Power Rating: 14.9 KW, Motor Power 20 hp in place of damaged starter. The job further includes electrification of burner panel to HWG panel alongwith replacement of faulty contactors and overload relays with current rating 9-13A (2 Nos.)

Opening of Thermax Make AMW06 Hot Water Generator. Dismounting of the burner gun assembly, removing the front plate coil from it by employing chain pulley block. The job involves thoroughly removing soot and carbon deposits from shell and coil by using wire brush, scrapers and blower etc. The inside of the coil shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of de-scaling compound, sulphamic acid powder of Thermax Make (approx . 25 Kg) and water continuously for 24 hr with the help of pump while maintaining a PH of 1-2. The solution is to be circulated from tank/barrel/trays. All consumable items viz. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth etc. required shall be provided by the executing agency. The HWG shall then be reassembled, tested and commissioned after overhauling. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts, bolts etc. as required .The tools and tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor.

Replacement of Refractory of Thermax Make AMW06 Hot water Generator. The job includes complete removal of old/damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases. Angle Iron hooks/holdfasts shall be firmly welded to the refractory base wherever necessary and collar of the top plate shall be repaired if required. Refractory shall be laid in "fire Crete Super' brand castible cement.

Servicing of 15 HP circulation water pump/s by way of removing/dismantling of the pump assembly followed by checking of impeller, diffuser rings, bushes bearing, and mechanical water seal for complete water leakage seal. All faulty components viz. impeller, diffuser rings, bushes bearing, and mechanical water seal should be replaced by the firm. The pump/s should be reassembled and sealed back with packings for mounting into the central heating circuitry followed by testing and commissioning

Servicing of 5 HP feed water pump/s by way of removing/dismantling of the pump assembly followed by checking of impeller, diffuser rings, bushes bearing, and mechanical water seal for complete water leakage seal. All faulty components viz. impeller, diffuser rings, bushes bearing, and mechanical water seal should be replaced by the firm. faulty components should be replaced by the firm. The pump/s should be reassembled and sealed back with packings for mounting into the central heating circuitry followed by testing and commissioning.

Replacement of damaged inlet/oulet EDPM fuel pipe hoses PN 16 rated in all four HWGs (03 hoses in each) of the hot water system including dismantling of the damaged inlet/outlet pipe connections of the radiators and then providing/fitting of new 304 Grade Stainless Steel cladded EDPM pipe with washer and nuts other necessary fittings including Ball valves, elbows, Tees, Unions, Adapters, etc. to make the fuel lines leak proof and fully functional. The job also includes testing of the system for its satisfactory performance.
