Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°,landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending and binding placing in position (Fe-500D) including all carriages involved complete

Centering and shuttring including strutting, propping including and removal of form work for

foundation and footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete

Walls/ Circular Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string coarses etc

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

Lintel beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and contilevers

Columns, pillars, , posts and struts

Circular stairs (slopping/steps/sides)

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide

Providing and laying in position in cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 Cement, 3 Corase sand: 6 grade stone aggr) 20 mm nominal size stone aggregates, all work upto plinth level excluding the cost of centering and shuttring including all carriages

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling of RBM with nallah aggregate size 90mm including ramming, dressing, watering, unde floor i including all carriages complete

Supplying and filling of sand under floors including watering ramming consolidation and dressing complete

Providing and fixing Structural steel work in built up sections or hollow tubular sections/, trusses/ bracings/ framed work including and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing, welding and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with ready mixed synbthetic enemal paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give even shade (two or more coats )on new work including priming with redoxide

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation7.5in super structure upto floor V Level in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) Including all carriages involved

Brick work with Maharaji Bricks Class A in superstructure upto floor V in cement Mortar (1:6) (1 Cement, 6 fine Sand) including scafolding charges complete and all carriages involved

12 mm thick cement plaster in (1:6) using fine sand including the cost of all materials involved all complete

Providing and applying white cement based 2.0mm putty of approved brand and manufacture over plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even/ smooth including cement primer with all carriages complete

12mm thick external Textured ement Sand plaster (using Gunny Jute Bags) 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 fine sand) on all surfaces (Walls, Ceiling and RCC structures ) including cost of all materials, saffolding and curing including all carriages complete

Providing and applying cement based wall primer (ready mixe) of approved manufacturer two or more coats on new work to prepare the surface for painting

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/ 10/Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 sqm

Providing and fixing of Ist quality cearmic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm of avg thick 5mm confirmaing to IS 15622 of NITCO, ORIENT SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in approved approved by Engineer in-Charge as white grey etc road on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing the joints with white cemtn and matching pigment etc including all carriages complete

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Size of tile 600x600 mm including all carriages complete

Stone tile work for wall lining upto 10m height with special adhesive like araldite or equivalent over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade and thickness as per direction of engineer In-Charge including all carriages complete

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, 18mm thick granite mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish 1 etc. complete at all levels

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound@ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) aying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. verlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg./sqm. and coarse sand @1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick

Providing and fixing of anodized alumnium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitns with extrueded built up standard tubular sections/ approproate Z sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastner of required dia, and size including necessary filling up of gapes at junctions I.e at top bottom and sies with required EPDM rubber/ Neroprene gasket felt etc. Alumnium mechanically whereever required including cleat angle alumnium snap beading for glazing/ panelling C.P brass stainless steel screws all complete per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in Charge including alumnium pannel Powder coated alumnium (minimum thickness power coated 50 microns of 2.5 mm thickness of appropriate pattern and design made by CNC cutting) all complete job including all carriages leads and lifts complete including glazing/ panelling as required

Surface dressing of ground includign removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish,lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soil complete

Supply, stacking, laying and spreading good earth mixture of sand with 60% earth 40% sand in joints of patches of grass turf, including all carriages leads and lifts cocmplete job

Grassing with selection no. 1 Grass including forking the ground, top dressg with sludge or manure mixing the same with forked soild watering and maintenenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass foms a thick lawn forr from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed the good earth shall be apid separetely with Grass turf including all carriages leads and lifts complete
