Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately.All works upto plinth level including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns,,crash barriers etc . including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. including all carriages.

Providing and Fixing in Position Strip Seal type expansion for +/- 50 MM movement as per IRC specification in the carriage way from reputed suppliers only.including all carriages.

Providing and Fixing in position to Truss Girders 50 MM nominal bore GI pipe as Rails with all clamps,vertical posts ISNB 150 wide,1.1m height and 2 m spaced and painting Complete - Providing , fitting & fixing of Mild steel railing complete as per drawing & technical specifications, including all carriages.

Providing and Fixing position 250 mm x 250 MM and 200 Deep drainage boxes with 300 Long 100 MM diameter drain pipe with Grating at top in Galvanised Iron - Rain water collection boxes - Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing & technical specifications,including all carriages.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, including all carriages.

Providing, Loading , unloading and fabrication, erecting, assembling, launching, hoisting and placing in position structural steel work (of SAIL Brand) welded, bolted and riveted built up section in trusses, framed work, beams, joists channels, tees, flats with connecting plates or angles, cleats with stiffeners including cutting, gas welding drilling of holes of diameter 1.5mm larger than bolt dia, whereever required and fixing in position, staging, scaffolding, POL, MOL, Greese, including all taxes, VAT , OCTROI including painting with an undercoat of Zinc chromate primer,sand blasting as per approved design and drawings including making arrangements for Mechanical/ manual launching and fixing of trussed girders and removing /de-launching of the same temporary arrangement after complete launching of girders including loading, unloading and carriage complete including all taxes complete job from Megeba or other company all local carriage, loading, unloading etc complete job.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture including all carriages.

Supply and stacking at site Graded Crushed stone aggregrate of size 63mm -45 mm and stone screening of size 13.2 mm nominal size (type A),moorum (Khakbajree) incld laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregrate of specified sizes to WBM specifiacations in uniform thickness (75 mm compacted) ,hand picking ,rolling with 3 wheeled road /vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of course aggregrate ,watering and campacting to the required density incld all carriages from approved source to site of work complete job(crushed from Broken Quarry). Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, incld all carriages from source upto the site of work complete job

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. including all carriages, On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.63.1 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. including all carriages.

Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG 10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. including all carriages

Providing and laying 6 mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road Rollar all complete. including all carriages

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by Manual/mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by site Engineer incld.cutting of trees, removal of tree stumps and dewatering of trenches during execution of work..

Supply & filling of quarry stones into wire crates with wire of 4mm dia anealed wire including hand packing tightly with tipping and tightening of crates incld.cost of Stones and crates. All inclusive with cost, labour & carriage of all materials involved complete job including cost of crates.

Supply and filling of Nallah Muck/GSB in back filling providing over the entire surface behind abutment ,wing wall,return wall,Retaining wall,Crate bund to the full height ,compacted to firm condition complete incld. carriage of material from approved source to site of work
