Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement, 1.5 Corase sand: 3 grade stone aggr 20mm nominal size crushed) for walls (any thickness) , abutments , piers etc. upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including all carriages involved complete

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Inculding all carriages complete

Centering and shuttring including strutting, propping, etc.and removal of form work for foundation footings, bases of columns, walls (any thickness) , abuttments , piers ,suspemded floors etc

Supply and filling of selected granular material as Back filling behind abutments, wing walls and return walls including dressing , leveling and loading , unloading including all carriages complete

Providing and fixing 100mm dia asbastos cement pipes for weep holes in abutments including all carriages involved complete

Providing and laying of filter media with granular material/ stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements as per specifications behind abutments to full height including compactiion and as per technical specifications complete

Superstructure

Providing and installing in position of sliding elastomeric bearing at free ends of steel girders over abutments and pier locations as per drawing, design including all accessories complete

P/F and launching of structural steel girders made out of steel beams, plates, angles, channels etc riveted or bolted/welded in built up sections, and framed work, including cutting, hoisting,welding and fixing in position Including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer as per drawings and technical specifications with all carriages complete

P/F in position weep rain water collection Boxes (Drainage spouts) with pipe outlests (RWCB type-2) partly in MS section and cast iron complete as per details (MS angle frame with anchors to be cast in position along with deck slab for seating and fixing of RWCB)

Centering and shuttring including strutting, propping, etc. and removal of form work for suspended floors etc

Approaches

Earth work in excavation all kinds of soil by mechanical means in trenches for foundations, etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, all leads including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer In-Charge including diverting of nallah and dewarting of foundation trenches during the execution of work complete

supplying and stacking, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 53mm to 22.4mm size to WBM Specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming 13.2 mm type A screening/ binding material to fill up interstics of coarse aggreage, watering and compacting to required density including all carriages of materials as involved complete (Finished work to be maeasured 75mm thick compacted thickness)

Providing and laying 50mm thick premix bitumen macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as per specified in CPWD specification and straight run of grade VG-10 @3.3% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying with Paver finished to required level grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including making of surface corrections by wet mix if any including cost andf carriage of all materials involved T & P and equipment all allied machinery labour, taxes, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after the execution of work complete including providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 including heating the bitumen with spraying the bitumen with mechenically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler prepareing and cleaning the existing road the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust, mud, etc. finally brooming including cost and carrige of all materials involved (on WMM Suface @0.75kg/Sqm) including Providing , laying of 25mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete surfacing using aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in the specifications V.G-10 grade bitumen @ 2.88 Kg per Sqm with 5% binder content including hot mixing of aggregate and bitumen in Hot mix plant , transporting the mixed material from plant up to the site of work and laying the same with paver finisher to the required level and grade , rolling with road roller of 8 - 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including cost ,all taxes and carriage of all the materials involved complete including providing and laying 6mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retaining on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 Kg of Bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cume of fine aggregate (0.768 kg of bitumen/ Sqm) and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate/ 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing including all cost and carriage of materials involved complete

Making knitted wire crates of approved mesh size, including weaving, and binding sides ,partitions, top after filling of stones hand packed including cost of stones and crates with all carriages complete

stone pitching on slopes (any thickness) laid over preparied filter media including boulder aprom laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and specifications including cost and carriage of stones complete

Test boring upto 20 mtr depth at abutment which will consist of collecting required number of disturbed and undisturbed soil samples for laboratory tests complete

Earth Work

Earth work in bulk excavation all kinds of soil by mechanical means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with all lifts complete

Providing and laying of 450 mm dia RCC pipes in proper position/ grade including excavation of trenches, refilling of excavated material as cushion (got from excavation) incld all carriages of pipes, loading, unloading complete.

Providing and laying of 600 mm dia RCC pipes in proper position/ grade including excavation of trenches, refilling of excavated material as cushion (got from excavation) incld all carriages of pipes, loading, unloading complete.

Pavement

P/L River Bed Material ( RBM) with specifed size (75-90mm)including sorting , spreading in uniform layers on existing surface and and consolidation with Vibrator Roller to the required gradient and camber including all carriages to site of work i/c loading and unloading complete
