Supply stacking and laying water bound macadam base course with stone aggregate 53-22.4mm size, stone screening 11.2mm size and binding material as per MORTH specifications including screening, sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller of 8-10 ton capacity including carriage of all materials from source up to site of work complete. Finished work to be measured (75mm compacted thickness)

Providing and laying of 25mm thick dense bituminous concrete with bitumen V-G-10 Grade @5.5% and filler (lime) @3% by weight of total mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate , hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tripper to paver and laying the mixed material by paver finisher and rolling with Road Roller as per IRC/MOST/MORTH Specifications to achieve the desired density and compaction incld. Cost and carriage of all materials involved from source upto site of work complete including cost and carriage of bitumen.

Providing and laying of 25-40 mm thick premix Road Repair Compound (Readymade) that is a mixture of unheated mineral aggregate and emulsified bitumen. The aggregates passing through the sieve size 10 mm = 95-100% , 4.75 mm = 60-70 %, 2.36 mm = 12-15 %, 0.075 mm = 2-3 %. The volatile matter content 0.95% , bitumen content 6 %, the compound shall attain 35% strength within 30 mins and 70 % strength within 24 hours. The compound shall have a minimum bonding strength of 2.5 kg/sqcm, including cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust, mud etc and finally booming the surface as per required specification on (including cost & carriage of all materials) including rolling with PRR of 8-10 tonne capacity incl. a coat of tack coat or a coat of bituminous emulsion all complete.

Clearance of drains/construction of kaccha drain (manual /mechnanical means) by way of removing accumulated / deposited mulba, silt, rubbish vegetation, etc, including disposal of the same beyond municipal limits or as directed by the EIC including loading and unloading etc complete.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade on old steel work (One or more coats) including cleaning of the surface complete.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girthupto30cm measured at height of 1m above ground level (levelling of berms) and disposal of rubbish and other materials outside the municipal limits or as directed by EIC complete.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc, as per IRC: 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D 4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm C/C to back support frame of M.S angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures mounted and fixed with 2 Nos M.S angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made upto M.S Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing ands fixing M.S message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand and manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical M.S Tee support to be painted in black and white colours) Back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coats including all leads and lifts etc complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge 16.66.1 Mandatory / Regulatory sign boards of 900mm diameter with part as length of 3750mm
