Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge Anodized aluminum (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) with half glazed and half ACP 3mm. Including all Hardware fittings like Handles, hings, locks etc. Complete Job. LMR

Provision of CMC for the period of two years from the time of installation of the plant. All maintenance including spare parts (electrical, mechanical, plastic etc.) software consumption should be included in warranty period and in CMC Charges. Water testing (chemical and bacterial) should be included in maintenance and should be done once every six months.
