Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 meter deep with 45x45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing and fixing of prefabricated structure by way of sheet structure for columns(96x48x3mm) truss purlins, rafter with plates. The roof shall be provided 30mm thick puff insulated panells sintex lloyed panels system/jindal or equivalent make. The wall shall be made in sandwitch panells system using pre coated /pre coloured sheets of 0.50mm fitted with 50mm thick puff with bulk density of 40kg/cum. the Panels shall be inserted one by one into U-shaped ground track, G.I sheet/Sheet coll. The window shall be made of power coated 14guage aluminium section 2.5"x2.5" frame and shutterb section 2.5" x1.75" two track with fixed wire mesh and sliding with clear glass door shall be made of power coated hinges door in aluminium section with 5.50mm thick floated glass pannel 6mm thick ACP Sheets as per direction of Engineer in Engineer, including false ceiling with calcium sillicates &flooring with vitrifed tiles Size 600mmx600mm of kajria, somany, Nitco & Orient make along with electrification and plumbing, Sanitary fitting, sink etc including design duly vetted by DIQC J&K or any other recognised Govt. institute complete job.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Drilling of 100 mm dia bore hole up to 30mtr along with providing & installation of pumping machinery with allied works Deep drilling of 100 mm dia bore hole up to 30 mtrs. BGL and above as per the Strata encountered as per specifications using ODEX method. The job includes extraction of casing pipe if any required during drilling work and construction of platform. Providing and fitting of Submersible pump sets – 01 nos. (01 working ) of capacity 1 HP x 20-30m mtrs head of nationally reputed make i.e. KSB / Kirloskar / Crompton only. Providing and fitting of 1 HP DOL starter panel of nationally reputed make i.e. L&T/Havells/BCH. Providing & fitting of 2. sqmm submersible copper cable for making electrical connections of the new submersible pump with the starter. Provision for providing of appropriate size LT cable from the transformer / power source to the Starter. Installation of the pump sets by way of assembling of the pump & motor at site, fabrication of the nipple as per outlet dia of pump set, making its connection with the submersible cable along with the help of the holding wire & then lowering of the new pump set in the bore at its position BGL and finally testing of the submersible pump set at site. The complete job includes cost of all material, all hire charges of tools & tackles viz. tripod, chain pulley block etc. required at site, lowering charges & all taxes etc. Complete job in all respects as per site requirements at site.
