Fabrication, Providing/Fitting of bolts (Cutting Knives, Blower Ring, Shear bolts) and allied jobs to the snow cutter Fresia F90 of Mechanical Snow Clerance Control Room Kulgam.

Repairs to blower system of the Fresia- F90. The job includes fabrication of the Extern rings and repairing to cutting knives of blower of the snow cutter Fresia- F90. The job includes removing the damaged/bended/dented rings of the bower to which the cutting knives are attached. The job also includes replacement of the damaged rings by way of fabrication of the rings with outer dia. Of 55 inches and inner dia. Of 53 inches out of 12mm thick plate. The job also includes drilling of the holes in the ring as per the sample to accommodate the Key type bolts of the sample size. The job also includes fabrication and welding of the new bushes with the bore size that of the bolts. These bushes are needed to fit with the Extern rings to the cutting knives. The job also includes re-fitting of the bolts for the blower rings. The job also includes repairing to the cutting knives of the snow blower by way of dismantling the cutting knives and removing the unnecessary bends caused during the snow clearance operation. The job also includes fabrication/welding the damaged spots wherever required. The job also includes re-fitting of the cutting knives along with allied jobs and realigning the blower for smooth snow clearance operation after carrying out the necessary welding and allied machining operation to the drum of the blower. The job also includes repairs to the blower drum chain by way pf providing and fitting of base bolt and other allied fixtures of the chain as per sample. The Job also includes Fabrication, Providing and fitting of the rollers of the blower which facilitates its upward/downward movement. The job includes cost of the material and the cost of skilled labour for carrying all the above mentioned repairs.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of the bolts for the blowers rings of the superior quality. The bolts shall be headless and hexagonal key type with size and specifications as per the sample.
