Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns drain etc complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc complete

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening ,cutting ,bending, placing in position and binding all complete (Thermo Mechanically treated bars)

Supply & filling of dry stone pitching behind R/wall for back filling including ramming, compacting, all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest source to site of work complete.

Supply, stacking and laying of WBM grade 2nd with specified graded stone aggregate 63mm - 45mm size broken quarry stone @0.92cum/10 sqm and using of screening 11.20mm size @ 0.135cum/10sqm and binding material @0.06cum/10sqm of road surface including sorting, spreading to template, watering and consolidation to required gradient and camber with (80-100) KN road roller all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load if any and carriage of materials from approved source to site of work complete (To be laid as per guide line of MOST specification). Finished work to be measured and paid.

Providing/ laying and embedding of R.C.C. pipes incld. trench excavation in all status of surface to required width/depth and making of necessary cushioning with required material jointing of pipes all inclusive cost and carriage of pipes upto site of work complete 12" dia RCC pipes

Providing laying compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet-Mix Macadam specification incl. premixing the material with water at OMC in mechnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipperto site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-Base/Base course on well prepeard surface and rollingwith vibrator roller to achive the desired density and compacted thickness incl. all loading, un-loading and all carriages upto site of work (75mm compacted thickness)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of V-G 10 Grade on the prepared surface and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 of MOST specifications incld. Carriage of materials loading, unloading incld. All taxes involved on account of labour and material incld. cost of bitumen. On WBM surface @0.75kg/sqm.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge incl. carriage. 25mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG 10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road incl. all carriage all complete.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long incl. fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix 450mmx450mmx450mm incl. earth work allcomplete

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicatormachine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures mounted and fixed with 2 nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made upto M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with 16.0 (Road Work) 224 base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing and fixing M.S. message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical M.S.-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coats including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diameter with part as length of 3750 mm.

Cautionary/warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm support length of 3650mm.

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2nos. 100mm dia high reflective and reflectors and mounted on M.S. pipe of 65mm dia duly powder coated with anti-rust and anti-theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact Polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The Glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 +/- 5 degrees to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS : 873 part4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) kilometer stone as per standard design including finishing smooth in 1:3 cement mortar ( 1cement : 3 fine sand) but excluding the cost of earth work, concrete in foundation, painting and lettering etc. which shall be paid for separately, size 35x111x25 cm size complete.

Providing and Placing in position at site, factory made pre cast reinforced cement concrete divider blocks, 8' 0" length (as per drawings) with smooth finish in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregates, 10 mm to 12.50 mm nominal size) concrete grade using reinforcement TMT bars @ 59 Kg/per unit (to be provided as per the instructions of site Engineer) with strong vibrartory compaction and of approved size, design and shape, applying priming coat and road marking paint of two coats, all inclusive (material and labour) with all leads and lifts, loading, unloading and carriage upto site of work by way of required men and machinery complete.

Providing and Fixing of painted polycarbonate Parking safety convex mirrors, 1200 mm dia of approved brand and manufacture including cost of fittings and all other fixtures, complete job all complete.

Providing and fixing high intensity PVC Retro reflective tapes of 5 mm thickness on poles (two or more shades of yellow, black, white and red) all complete.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised Informatory/Guide signs sign board as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing incl. painting all complete.

Supplying and fixing of red fluorescent with white reflective sleeve traffic cone made of low density polyethylene (LDPE) material with a square base of 390 x 390 x 35 mm and a height of 770 mm, 4 kg in weight, placed at 1.5 m interval, all as per BS 873 all complete.

Providing & fixing of rumble strips (Speed Bumps) covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at center, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m center to center at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint (Size of strip 500 x 125 x 25 mm)

Painting road surface marking with adequate no. of coats to give uniform finish with read mixed road marking paint conforming to IS: 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete. New work (Two or more coats)
