The MS part is to be painted with 2 coats Red Oxide Steel Paint and 2 Coat Paint. (The design of the structure as per weight of the Transformer should be submitted before its fabrication).

Supply, Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning at site of metering Unit for 11 KV 3 Phase Trivector Meter, made of MS Sheet steel duly power coated paint. The foundation base is MS Channel used not less than 75 x 40 mm. The Unit is suitable for outdoor as well as indoor as per the site requirement having two chambers, HV chamber and LV chamber,both chambers having one sided hinged door arrangements.The LV chamber has installed Trivector Meter, HV chamber installed CT/PT units and termination of 11 KV cable. the unit is provided port outside the chamber for taking reading manually through CMRI and computer without opening the LV chamber door. The unit have also the sealing arrangement for port. Each panel have the following items:- 1 Set (3 No) single phase indoor type resin cast current transfomer suitable for 11 KV, metering having required ratio 1 Set 11 KV / 110 Volt, 3 Phase Potential Transformer Resin Cast. 1 Set Copper Bus Bar duly insulated by the monoplast tape 1 Lot of nuts & bolts brass with washers. 1 Lot of PVC copper wire flexible multistand of required size for secondary connections. For CT wiring the minimum wire size shall be 4mm² (RYB) and for PT wiring minimum wire size shall be 2.5mm² (RYB) 1 Lot of Copper lugs preferably ring type duly crimped for termination of wire & cables. Grounding bus of minimum 40mm copper, 25cm long fixed to the unit in HV chamber.The CTs, PT meter and 11KV cable sheath shall be grounded to the bus through grounding wire (green) Supply, Fixing, Testing & Commissioning of HT,Trivector Meter 3 Phase 4 wire -- 5 Amp & -- 110 Volts with RS 45 Port Secure Make. Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Pedestal made out of MS channel of size 75 x 40mm or angle iron of size 65 x 65 x 5, duly painted as per site requirement for mounting of metering panel including concrete foundation wherever required including cost of nuts & bolts. Supply, Fixing of grounding to the metering unit 40mm GI pipe or 20mm rod, as per drawing. Grounding of metering cubicle through two no 25 x 5mm MS flat iron including cost of cement concreting as per requirement for mounting of Meter Panel

Supply, Making, Testing and Commisioning of Cable Termination Kit Heat Shrinkable suitable for 3 x 95 sq. mm Aluminuim Cable XLPE Armoured indoor/outdoor of reputed make. The contractor has to submit the the test certificate of the cable kit before its installation.

Supply,fixing & installation of Manual Drawout type(MDO) Air circuit breaker (ACB) for 1600 amp 3pole 50ka , Ics=Icu=Icw = 50k for 1 sec , microprocessor based released with adjustable short ckt, overload & earth fault protection . The Operational voltage should be 690 v . ACB Should be provided with display for provision of past parameters like fault history. The cost including outdoor type MS Steel Enclosure duly power coated paint made out of 14 SWG, earthing terminal with extension Al. Bus Bar for taking multiple connections for outgoing. The indication lamp LED type to be provided for RYB.
