Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for: Foundations

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more(codeno. 5.22A.6) Welded:to be certified by third party (DIQCD/NIT).

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (50mm thick )

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume high rib profile sheets 0.50 mm TCT having a crest height of 28-32 mm at 195 mm and effective width of 975-1000 mm and length to suit site requirements to the purlins using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make with purlin sheet using self drilling and self tapping fasteners and fixing flashings, valleys and ridges of colour coated galvalume plain sheet using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make complete and as directed. The contractor shall give a minimum of 10 yrs gurantee for sheets againts deterioration, disintegration, loss of lusture, varaition in colour etc and leakages across laps, fasteners etc. All types of steel sheets shall be load tested to statisfy 1.1 times the design wind load and coating thickness to the stasfaction of the Engineer Incharge. The fasteners shall also be laod tested. The contractor is to submit the designs and shop drawings for approval on the sheet profile, design and fabrication details before installation (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carraige upto site of work complete).

Providing & fixing of evesboarding of MS sheet 1.6 mm thick in eaves board and soffit including cost of ISA framework, priming coat and 2 coats of expoxy paint complete job

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shadeon new work (two or more coats)

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: 13.57.1 Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 liter/10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75liter /10sqm
