Modular control Panel with Starter

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of Modular control panel free standing type, dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG sheet to be laid over MS Angle frame internally wired. The panel shall have modular construction with incoming and outgoing equipments housed in an enclosure forming basic module. Each section or module shall be compartmentalized with pin type hinged openable shutter with quarter swing locks. Only module of Bus Bar module shall be fixed with nuts and bolts. The panel shall be having required openings / vents and protection Class : IP-55. The panel shall have one incoming feeder, two outgoing feeder and one auxillary feeder. & fitted with accessories as under: A) Incoming Feeder Incomer MCCB (01 No), Rating 160 Amp, Poles 04, 50 KA, 415 V, L&T/Havells/Schneider/Standard Digital Voltmeter (With Phase selector) 01 No Digital Ammeter (With required CT coils) 01 No RYB Phase indicating lamps B) Distribution buses Electric grade Aluminium with red, blue and yellow tapping. MS Gravel Hopper

Fabrication, Providing and Installation of MS Gravel hopper at Bore well Scheme No. 112(Wuyan- Androosa). The Job incldes providing and fitting of two ISMC 150 channels 5ft lon each welded to the bore well casing pipe at the centre on each sie. Fabrication of hopper assembly out of 6mm thick MS plate on angle iron frame ( ISA 50*50*6). Providing fitting of top cover of size (3x3) fabricated out of 8mm thick MS chequered plate in four pieces fitted to the frame by nuts and bolts. The Job also includes providing cicular opening in the centre for column pipe

Providing and applying two coats of red oxide primer to the entire steel structure inside out followed by two coats of paint in green shade to entire exterior area of gravel hopper.

Providing and filling of gravel

Providing fabrication and installation 02 No. MS vertical support for GI Delivery pipeline of submersible pumping unit to be fabricated out of ISA 50x50x5 having total length 8ft.

Providing, Fabricating and Installation of MS Main hole cover of size 2x2 fabricated out of ISA 25x25x5 frame covered by 2mm thick MS sheet with cross bar reinforcement of single angle section and lifting arrangement.

Complete round the clock watch and ward including material handling and storage of all the material/inventory at site during and after execution of work till its final handover takeover with the agriculture department one job for a period of 75 days
